Description

GoldenPeaks Capital and AB CarVal have entered into a partnership to secure a junior financing facility for the acquisition and construction of solar photovoltaic assets in Poland. The financing facility has allowed GoldenPeaks Capital to acquire several solar PV projects with an aggregate capacity of more than 220 MW and supports their plan to build more than 1 GW of solar capacity annually. This partnership represents a significant milestone in accelerating Poland’s path towards decarbonization.
