Globus Maritime Limited has announced that it has signed memoranda of agreement to purchase two Kamsarmax scrubber outfitted dry bulk vessels. The vessels, with carrying capacities of approximately 81,119 dwt and 81,817 dwt, have purchase prices of $27.5 million and $26.5 million, respectively. The purchase of the vessels was approved by independent directors and is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2024.
