The Global Down Syndrome Foundation has announced a total cumulative giving of $1.2 million through its GLOBAL Education and Employment Awards program. The program has funded over 337 programs supporting over 24,500 individuals with Down syndrome, families, and professionals. This year’s awards will provide $91,000 underwriting twenty impactful programs to Down syndrome organizations in multiple states and countries.
