Gilead and Terray Therapeutics have announced a strategic collaboration to discover and develop novel, small molecule therapies across multiple targets. Terray's tNova platform, which integrates high-throughput chemical experimentation and AI-driven drug discovery, will be utilized to discover and develop small molecule compounds against selected targets by Gilead. Terray will receive upfront payment, milestone payments, and tiered royalties on net sales of products commercialized by Gilead. As a result of this collaboration, Gilead's GAAP and non-GAAP 2024 EPS are expected to reduce by approximately 1c.
