GeoVax Labs, Inc. has entered into a definitive securities purchase agreement for the purchase and sale of 1,700,000 shares of the Company’s common stock at a price of $5.00 per share in a registered direct offering priced above-the-market under Nasdaq rules. In addition, in a concurrent private placement, the Company will issue warrants to purchase up to 1,700,000 shares of common stock.
