Geost LLC sues Sierra Space Corp. over $700 million government contract

Geost LLC has filed a complaint in U.S. District Court in Colorado against Sierra Space Corp. for fraud and breach of contract after Sierra Space gave the work for a government contract worth over $700 million to another company almost a year later. The scope of work included providing payload development for 16 Mercury missile warning and missile tracking payloads and two Phoenix fire control payloads.
