FourPoint Resources, in partnership with Quantum Capital Group and Kayne Anderson, announced the acquisition of Ovintiv's Uinta Basin assets in a $2 billion all-cash transaction. The deal encompasses 126,000 net acres and current production of 29,000 barrels per day. The partnership aims to grow production, cash flow, and create value on one of the highest quality, inventory-rich assets in the Lower 48.
