Flow Beverage Corp. has entered into a Strategic Advisory Agreement with José Bautista and has successfully closed the second tranche of its non-brokered private placement offering. José Bautista, a former Major League Baseball player and owner of Las Vegas Lights FC, Diesel Optimization, and Bella Aldea Dominican Coffee, will support Flow in brand, marketing, and media strategy. He also participated in the Private Placement, gaining ownership in the Company.
