Eviden, a subsidiary of Atos, has been awarded a €60 million contract by the IT Center for Science (CSC) to build a national supercomputer in Finland, named Roihu. The new supercomputer is expected to triple the performance of the country's existing facilities and will be located in CSC's datacenter in Kajaani. It is set to be ready for researchers by the end of 2025 and will significantly increase AI performance.
