Endeavour Silver Corp. has entered into a definitive share purchase agreement to acquire all outstanding shares of Compañia Minera Kolpa S.A., including the Huachocolpa Uno Mine, for a total consideration of $145 million. The consideration will be funded through a combination of net proceeds from a new copper purchase agreement, a bought deal financing, and cash on hand.
