Dyadic International, Inc. has entered into a development and commercialization partnership with Proliant Health and Biologicals to produce animal-free recombinant albumin products. Dyadic will receive an upfront milestone payment of $1.5MM and a share of profits from the sale of the products. The initial focus will be on the commercialization of recombinant human serum albumin products, with the first product anticipated to launch in the first half of 2025.
