Dutchess Roots, a local dispensary in the Town of Poughkeepsie, has announced a partnership with the Dutchess Community College Foundation to establish the Dutchess Roots Entrepreneurial Scholarship. The annual $5,000 contribution will fund two $1,000 grants each year, aiming to recognize the entrepreneurial spirit of students in the College’s Cannabis Retail Management program.
