Diagnos Inc. has announced the engagement of Red Cloud Securities Inc. to provide market making services to the corporation. The agreement entails Red Cloud receiving a monthly flat fee of $7,000, payable quarterly in advance in cash, for the period of October 17, 2024 to October 16, 2026, with the ability for either party to terminate the agreement with a thirty-day notice
