Description

CytoMed Therapeutics Limited, a Singapore-based biopharmaceutical company, has acquired the licence and certain assets of Cellsafe International Sdn Bhd (In Liquidation), a Malaysian cord blood bank. The acquisition includes a cord blood banking licence, cryopreservation equipment, and two freehold real estate properties, positioning CytoMed to further develop allogeneic, off-the-shelf donor-derived gamma delta (γδ) T cells technology for solid and liquid cancers.
