Condor Energies Inc. has entered into a partnership agreement with lead agent Research Capital Corporation and a syndicate of agents to raise $10 million through a brokered private placement of common shares. The lead investor and largest shareholder of the company, EurAsia Resource Value S.E., along with certain insiders and other significant strategic investors, are expected to subscribe to the offering. The net proceeds will be used for ongoing workover programs, drilling activities, and other operational enhancements in Uzbekistan.
