Compass Minerals has executed a binding Voluntary Agreement with the Utah Division of Forestry, Fire and State Lands (FFSL) to outline water and land conservation commitments towards the long-term health of the Great Salt Lake. The company will donate non-production-related water rights and remit back leasehold to be preserved for conservation and other beneficial uses as per FFSL’s management authority.
