Description
On October 27, 2026, Colony Bank entered into a Purchase Agreement with MountainSeed Real Estate Services, LLC for the sale and leaseback of three bank branch properties for $19,902,410. The initial sale of two properties was completed for $16,188,253, while the third property sale remains subject to inspections. The Bank also signed a Master Lease to lease back the sold properties with terms extending to 2041.
