Churchill Stateside Group, LLC has closed a financing deal for the preservation and rehabilitation of a 6-property USDA Rural Development 515 portfolio in Kentucky. The deal includes the allocation of 4% Low Income Housing Tax Credit Equity to aid in the preservation of affordable housing in multiple counties throughout the state.
