The $96.5 million commitment includes an upfront refinancing of $71.5 million and delayed draw term loans of $25 million to support Cansortium's real estate acquisitions and future construction expenditures. This partnership provides Cansortium with enhanced financial flexibility to pursue strategic acquisitions and growth initiatives in key markets like Pennsylvania and New York, while also targeting new opportunities in emerging high-growth states.
