Description

On February 9, 2026, Centrus Energy Corp.'s subsidiary, American Centrifuge Operating, LLC, entered into an engineering, procurement and construction agreement with Fluor Federal Services, Inc. for the design and commissioning of a commercial uranium enrichment facility in Piketon, Ohio. This agreement is a critical part of Centrus' multi-billion dollar expansion plan in the region. The Contractor will provide services on a time and materials basis, with the agreement continuing until project completion.
