Witness testimony in the trial of CBN ex-governor, Mr. Godwin Emefiele, revealed that the CBN allegedly awarded a preferential contract to April 1616 for the supply of vehicles. The witness stated that the former governor approved the direct procurement of Toyota vehicles from April 1616 at the cost of N99,900,000.
