Carbon Streaming will receive total consideration of US$6 million from the termination of the Community Carbon Stream and transfer of its remaining portfolio of carbon credits. The company has already received US$2.35 million from a carbon credits sale, and expects to receive the remaining US$3.65 million shortly. The transaction is expected to fully close within ten business days. The funds will support Carbon Streaming's ongoing operations and initiatives.
