Carbon Revolution plc Secures $5 Million Release from OIC and $0.4 Million Reserve Release from Existing Lenders

Description

Carbon Revolution plc has announced the release of an incremental US$5 million funding from Orion Infrastructure Capital (OIC) and a further US$400,000 release of existing loan reserves from lenders under the US$60 million PIUS loan. As part of this funding tranche, the Company will issue penny warrants to OIC and Existing Noteholders, and may agree to partial payment in kind for certain interest payments. The additional funding and changes to interest terms are intended to support the ongoing liquidity of the business and fund the Company's new production programs.
