The USDA Rural Development has approved a $25 million loan guarantee for Cairnspring Mills to support the construction of the Blue Mountain Mill, located at Coyote Business Park on the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation. This financing is part of a larger $65 million funding structure for the project.
