Bouygues Group has been named the top public sector supplier, earning £1.7bn from state-owned clients in the 2023/24 financial year. The company became a government strategic supplier after its acquisition of Equans, which completed during 2022/23. One of the significant contract awards it received was a £302m deal to maintain and repair Birmingham City Council’s housing stock.
