The Biden-Harris Administration has partnered with Bosch, along with the U.S. Department of Commerce, to provide up to $225 million in funding for the creation of the nation's largest SiC semiconductor factory in Roseville. The funding is authorized under the Creating Helpful Incentives for the Production of Semiconductors for America Act.
