Description
Bo International, a contract manufacturer, supplied onion hair oil to a direct-to-consumer (D2C) company in 2018-19. The D2C company approached the manufacturer to do private labelling for them, which led to a successful sales uptake. However, the D2C company later negotiated for a lower cost and eventually onboarded another vendor to replicate the formulation at a lower price, resulting in an inferior quality product.
