Description

Blueberries Medical Corp. has announced a non-brokered private placement with Terraflos Inc., a cannabis company with operations throughout Latin America. The private placement consists of the sale of 96,064,935 common shares at a price of C$0.011 per Common Share for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately C$1.05 million (or approximately US$740,000). The net proceeds from the sale of the Common Shares are expected to fund and expand operations, for general corporate and working capital purposes.
