Blackrock Silver Corp. has entered into an agreement with Raymond James Ltd. to purchase 27,800,000 units of the Company at a price of $0.36 per unit, resulting in gross proceeds of $10,008,000. The net proceeds from the agreement are expected to be used for exploration and development at the Company’s Tonopah West mineral project.
