An investment group led by BlackRock, including Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP), has agreed to buy two ports near the Panama Canal and over 40 others from CK Hutchison for about $23 billion. GIP, led by Adebayo Ogunlesi, will manage the acquired assets in partnership with Terminal Investment Limited (TIL) and other strategic partners.
