BiomX Inc. has announced that it has entered into a securities purchase agreement with investors for expected aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $12 million. The financing will support the completion of the Phase 2b clinical study of BX004 for the treatment of people with CF with chronic pulmonary infections caused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa, as well as the analysis of real-world evidence. The Company expects to report topline results from the Phase 2b study in Q1 2026.
