Description

BioAtla and Context Therapeutics Inc. have entered into an agreement under which Context has obtained an exclusive, worldwide license to develop, manufacture, and commercialize BA3362, BioAtla’s Nectin-4 x CD3 TCE. BioAtla is set to receive $15.0 million in upfront and near-term milestones, and further potential clinical, regulatory and commercial milestones of up to $118.5 million, plus royalties on net sales. Context is anticipated to file for BA3362's IND in mid-2026.
