Description

Bear Creek Mining Corporation has announced a partnership with BMO Capital Markets for a private placement of 64,445,000 common shares at a price of C$0.225 per share, raising approximately C$14.5 million. Additionally, the company plans to enter into agreements with Sandstorm Gold Ltd. and Equinox Gold Corp. to defer the payment of interest on outstanding debt arrangements and to receive an extension of up to US$6.5 million in credit from Sandstorm.
