Atturra Limited Acquires US-Based Boomi Partner Kitepipe

Atturra Limited has acquired Kitepipe, a US-based Boomi platinum partner, through its subsidiary Atturra North America Inc. This acquisition strengthens Atturra’s position as a market leader in Boomi services, enhancing its data-driven transformation capabilities with a strong presence in North America and support from the Philippines. The deal, valued at up to US$6.33 million, is expected to bolster Atturra’s global operations and solidify its relationship with Boomi. The acquisition aligns with Atturra’s strategy to deliver seamless integration solutions across the ASIAPAC and North American regions, benefiting stakeholders by filling key gaps in Boomi-focused consulting and managed services.
