Description
Aspira Women’s Health Inc. has entered into a securities purchase agreement with certain existing accredited shareholders and Company insiders to issue and sell 1,264,739 shares of its common stock and warrants to purchase an equal number of shares of common stock at a combined offering price of $1.53 per share and warrant through a private placement financing. The gross proceeds from the offering will be approximately $1.935 million, before deducting offering expenses. The net proceeds will support Aspira’s ongoing commercial activities as well as general corporate purposes and working capital.
