Ascot Resources Ltd. has entered into an agreement with a syndicate of agents, co-led by Desjardins Capital Markets and BMO Capital Markets, for a best-efforts private placement offering of units of the Company at a price of C$0.115 per Unit, to raise a minimum of C$60 million and up to a maximum of C$65 million. The net proceeds of the Offering will be used to advance the Premier Gold Project and for general corporate purposes.
