Archer has announced an exclusive partnership with Anduril to jointly develop a hybrid VTOL aircraft for critical defense applications. This partnership will leverage Archer’s ability to rapidly develop advanced VTOL aircraft using existing commercial parts and supply chains, along with Anduril's expertise in artificial intelligence, missionization, and systems integration. In addition, Archer has raised $430M in additional equity capital to support this initiative and for other general corporate purposes.
