Apollo Therapeutics Group Limited has entered into an exclusive license agreement with Sunshine Lake Pharma Co., Ltd. for the development of APL-18881 (HEC88473), a therapeutic with major commercial potential in multiple indications. Sunshine Lake will retain development, manufacturing, and commercialization rights in China, while granting Apollo development, manufacturing, and commercialization rights in the rest of the world for all current and future therapeutic indications. Sunshine Lake will receive $12m upfront and up to $926m in development, regulatory, and commercial milestone payments, along with tiered royalties on net sales.
