Anthem Properties Group, through the Anthem Citizen Real Estate Development Trust, has successfully closed the first Canadian initial public offering (IPO) for the Citizen project in Burnaby, BC. The IPO raised $82 million CDN and will provide housing units, including much-needed market and affordable rentals, in a 66-storey, mixed-use tower.
