Angelini Pharma and Cureverse Inc. have entered into an exclusive global option agreement for the development and commercialization of Cureverse’s innovative brain health asset CV-01. Under the terms of the agreement, Angelini Pharma will lead all the development efforts and will have the right to obtain the global exclusive development and commercialization license for the compound, outside of certain regions.
