Altius Renewable Royalties Corporation (ARR), a subsidiary of Altius Minerals Corporation, has entered into a definitive arrangement agreement with Northampton Capital Partners, LLC. Northampton will acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of ARR, other than those indirectly owned by Altius, for cash consideration of approximately C$162 million.
