Alpha Cognition, Inc. and China Medical System Holdings Limited announced an exclusive licensing agreement for the development, manufacturing, and commercialization of ZUNVEYL (benzgalantamine) in Asia (excluding Japan), Australia, and New Zealand. The agreement totals $44 million, including upfront payments split into tranches, development and commercial milestone payments, and royalties on net sales of ZUNVEYL.
