AIP Realty Trust has received approval to extend the price reservation on its non-brokered private placement for additional 30 days until August 23, 2024. The private placement consists of the issuance of up to 6,000,000 Preferred Units – Series B Convertible at a price of US$0.50 per Preferred Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of up to US$3,000,000.
