Acadia Pharmaceuticals has entered into a definitive asset purchase agreement to sell its Rare Pediatric Disease Priority Review Voucher (PRV) for $150 million. The PRV was granted in March 2023 following the approval by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) of DAYBUE™ for the treatment of Rett syndrome. Acadia plans to invest the proceeds from the sale to support its commercial operations, R&D programs, and future business development.
