Alamo Group Inc. (NYSE: ALG) today announced that it has acquired 100% of the outstanding capital shares of Timberwolf Limited ("Timberwolf") in the U.K. Timberwolf's 2021 fiscal year sales were approximately £15 million (US$ 21 million).
