Valmet has completed the acquisition of Severn Group, enhancing its Process Performance Solutions segment. The acquisition, which includes all three of Severn's divisions, is part of Valmet's strategy to strengthen its flow control business. Severn generated approximately EUR 215 million in sales in 2025. The transaction is valued at USD 480 million on a cash- and debt-free basis.
