Description
Allbirds has signed an Asset Purchase Agreement to sell substantially all of its assets to Allbirds IP for $39 million. This sale is part of Allbirds' strategic wind-down and is subject to stockholder approval. The transaction includes a $2 million deposit and a $3 million escrow. Following the closing, Allbirds intends to dissolve and make distributions to stockholders.
