On September 1, 2026, Ryman Hospitality Properties, Inc. completed the acquisition of the JW Marriott Orlando Grande Lakes Resort and The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes. This acquisition was executed by its subsidiary, RHP Property GLO, LLC. The total purchase price for the transaction was approximately $1.38 billion. The acquisition was part of a strategic move to expand Ryman's portfolio in high-demand markets.
