Description

On October 6, 2026, Curaleaf Holdings, Inc. filed a Notice of Variation with Canadian securities regulators regarding its offer to purchase all issued common shares of Aurora Cannabis Inc. The offer was amended to include US$1.00 in cash and 0.4013 of a subordinate voting share of Curaleaf for each common share. The expiry time of the offer has also been extended from December 1, 2026.
