Description

Dutch Bros Inc. announced its agreement to acquire the Phoenix East Valley franchise, which includes 29 shops, as the franchise owner Jim Thompson retires. This acquisition will expand Dutch Bros' company-operated presence in Arizona. The completion is expected in the third quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. Dutch Bros currently operates more than 1,100 locations nationwide.
